NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE ROYSE CITY

ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

CITY OF ROYSE CITY, TEXAS



NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Royse City, Texas will hold a public hearing at 6:30 PM on the 6th day of June 2017, at the Police & Courts Building; 100 West Main Street, Royse City, Texas 75189.

 

At such time and place, the Board will hear and take appropriate

action on:

 
1) A request by owner/ owner representative for a variance from the Royse City Code of Ordinances; Chapter 14 Zoning, Section 6-3 Accessory Building Regulations: Variance from D. Area/Size Allowed, requesting a 504 square feet variance (875 square feet structure) on the property described below.


Lot 22 of the Fairway Ranch Estates, Phase II, also known as 1613 Ranch Road, Royse City, Rockwall County, Texas.


2) A request by owner/ owner representative for a variance from Royse City Code of Ordinances, Chapter 14 Zoning,
Section 6-3 Accessory Building Regulations: Variance from B. Area Regulations in Single- family and Multifamily districts, 3. Side Yard: requesting a variance of three feet (from eight feet to five feet side yard setback on planned accessory structure on the property described below.


Lot 22 of the Fairway Ranch Estates, Phase II, also known as 1613 Ranch Road, Royse City, Rockwall County, Texas.

 

All interested citizens of the City are invited to attend these public hearings and participate in the same.
