P240151 COUNTY COURT AT LAW NO. 1 OF ROCKWALL COUNTY, TEXAS The alleged heir(s) at law in the above numbered and entitled estate filed a FIRST AMENDED APPLICATION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP AND FOR LETTERS OF INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION PURSUANT TO SECTION 401.003 OF THE TEXAS ESTATES CODE in this estate on July 10, 2024, requesting that the Court determine who are the heirs of Mary Catherine Minnix, deceased and their respective shares and interests in such estate. Said application may be heard and acted on by said Court at any call of the docket on or after 10:00 A.M on the first Monday following the expiration of ten days from date of publication of this citation, at the Rockwall County Courthouse, 1111 E. Yellowjacket Lane, Suite 403, in Rockwall, Texas.
