NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS, THAT:
The City Council of the City of Fate, Texas, will hold a public hearing, on January 26, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at Fate City Hall, located at 1900 CD Boren Parkway, Fate, Texas 75087, giving all interested persons the right to appear and be heard on the following proposed voluntary annexations by the City of Fate, Texas. A map and detailed information on the properties proposed for annexation is available at the City Hall.
The City of Fate, Texas, proposes to institute voluntary annexation proceedings to enlarge and extend the boundary limits of said city to include the following territories, to wit:
An approximate 33.27 acre tract of land legally described as Abstract No. 83, John Farmer Survey, Lot 1, Rockwall County, Texas, as further identified in the Rockwall County Appraisal District as Property ID #10893; and the proposed annexation of that portion of FM 552 adjacent to said territory.
An approximate 13.73 acre tract of land legally described as Abstract No. 83, John Farmer Survey, Tract 1-1, Rockwall County, Texas, as further identified in the Rockwall County Appraisal District as Property ID #51577.
An approximate 28.44 acre tract of land legally described as Abstract No. 163, J Miller Survey, Tract 15-03, Rockwall County, Texas, as further identified in the Rockwall County Appraisal District as Property ID #91084; and the proposed annexation of that portion of FM 552 adjacent to said territory; and an approximate 2.48 acre tract of land legally described as Abstract No. 163, J Miller Survey, Tract 15-02, Rockwall County, Texas, as further identified in the Rockwall County Appraisal District as Property ID #90314.
An approximate 15.0 acre tract of land legally described as Abstract No. 178, Joseph Parker Survey, Tract 3, Rockwall County, Texas, as further identified in the Rockwall County Appraisal District as Property ID #12197; and the proposed annexation of that portion of State Hwy 66 adjacent to said territory.
An approximate 20.0 acre tract of land legally described as Abstract No. 120, R Irvine Survey, Tract 11-01, Rockwall County, Texas, as further identified in the Rockwall County Appraisal District as Property ID #11195; and the proposed annexation of that portion of FM 3549 adjacent to said territory; and an approximate 30.0 acre tract of land legally described as Abstract No. 120, R Irvine Survey, Tract
34-06, Rockwall County, Texas, as further identified in the Rockwall County Appraisal District as Property ID #83531; and the proposed annexation of that portion of FM 3549 adjacent to said territory.
An approximate 31.743 acre tract of land legally described as Abstract No. 120, R Irvine Survey, Tract 34-01, Rockwall County, Texas, as further identified in the Rockwall County Appraisal District as Property ID #11227; and the proposed annexation of that portion of FM 3549 and State Hwy 66 adjacent to said territory.
An approximate 16.225 acre tract of land legally described as Abstract No. 120, R Irvine Survey, Tract 34-07, Rockwall County, Texas, as further identified in the Rockwall County Appraisal District as Property ID #83532; and the proposed annexation of that portion of FM 3549 and State Hwy 66 adjacent to said territory.
An approximate 53.81 acre tract of land legally described as Abstract No. 67, J Delgardo Survey, Tract 1, Rockwall County, Texas, as further identified in the Rockwall County Appraisal District as Property ID #10635; and the proposed annexation of that portion of I-30 adjacent to said territory.
An approximate 5.871 acre tract of land legally described as Abstract No. 42, James R. Briscoe Survey, Tract 5, Rockwall County, Texas, as further identified in the Rockwall County Appraisal District as Property ID #10387; and the proposed annexation of that portion of I-30 adjacent to said territory.

An approximate 16.18 acre tract of land legally described as Abstract No. 120, R B Irvine Survey, Tract 30, Rockwall County, Texas, as further identified in the Rockwall County Appraisal District as Property ID #11222; and the proposed annexation of that portion of FM 3549 adjacent to said territory.
